I am a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with experience working in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay area.  My experience covers companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Apple and Intuit.  I worked for a variety of industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical device, high-tech, retail and non-profits.

I have extensive experience in both specialized and general HR disciplines. Some key areas of expertise include: recruitment, employee relations, harassment investigations, compliance, policy and procedures development.  I am fluent in Spanish and can assist employers with a variety of services including translation of documents, training and delivery of information.

My primary goal is to help companies maximize their most important resource – their employees!  In addition, I help organizations meet their unique HR and legal compliance needs by providing exactly the right HR services for each situation.
