Michelle Mendoza is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  Michelle is the founder of Connect to HR, LLC.  Connect to HR, LLC is a boutique Human Resource Consulting firm.  She has an extensive and diverse background in Human Resources generalist and specialist disciplines.

Some key areas of expertise include: employee relations, compliance, policy and procedures development, recruitment, and employee development.  Michelle is able to develop and operate Human Resources functions at companies with an employee base of 5 to 50 and across a variety of industries.  She is fluent in Spanish and can assist employers with a variety of services including translation of documents, training and delivery of information.
